Welcome to Houghton View House!! We have a Private Dock, 1.9 Miles to DNR Boat Launch, 8 miles to the trails of Higgins Lake state park!! Come kick back and relax in this beautiful modern canal-front home just 300 feet from the East Bay. Brand new Hot tub!! Game room in Garage!! Our home has been recently renovated to provide the best that Northern Michigan has to offer. Located only minutes from town, this home has something for everyone. Spend the day at the lake, park or yard!!

As you enter the front door of this home, you will be greeted with a large entryway with a full bathroom and shower to rinse off after a long day out on the lake. The washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby, so swimsuits and dirty clothes can be dealt with quickly. Next, take a step up into the recently renovated kitchen with another half bath. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen to prepare whatever meal is on the agenda. To the left lies the 3 bedrooms and another full bath. Leaving the kitchen, take one step down to the well-appointed dining room with a large table with seating for 8. Also nearby is a stocked coffee bar with a variety of K-cups.
