Must follow posted rules regarding hot tub (shower before entering, no jumping or diving, enter and exit tub slowly, no use of drugs or alcohol, consult a doctor before use, children must be supervised, do not enter if temp over 104 degrees, limit time to 15 minutes, anyone with heart disease/diabetes/high blood press/any serious illness should consult a doctor before using, replace spa cover after each use, do not sit or lay down on the cover, do not use soap or oil in the tub)

Only registered guests allowed to stay on the property

Bag trash and place in garage trash bin at checkout

Please lock all windows and door deadbolts at checkout.

In the unfortunate event that the Hot Tub is not available for more than 8 hours in a day, a credit of no more than $25/day will be returned to the guest. Every effort will be made to correct the issue, but sometimes there are challenges beyond our control.

Please do not park in the road or neighbors' driveways. Make sure vehicles not sticking out into the roadway.

If staying on Sunday Night, please take the trash can to the road for Monday Morning trash pickup Thank You!!!

97% refund if the reservation is canceled 30 days before check-in. A credit card processing fee of 3% is not refundable.
No refund if the reservation is canceled less that 30 days away from cancelation
